TEN YAD RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Tenathon Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is hosted by Ten Yad Kallah Gemach Inc. (the “Sponsor”).
No Purchase or Donation Necessary to Enter or Win. A purchase or donation will not increase your chances of winning.
How to Participate
Sweepstakes Period: Entries must be submitted between the “Entry Begins” and “Entry Ends” dates. Anyone who donates during this period will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes
Automatic Entry through Donations:
- By Phone: Call 718-718-1482 and provide the required details to begin the donation process.
- Online Donation: Visit the Tenathon Sweepstakes website (www.tenathon.com) and complete the necessary information to make a donation and enter.
- Mail-in Donation: Mail your donation along with the order form to Sponsor’s office at 1291 President Street, Brooklyn, NY 11213. Payment may be made via cash, check, or credit card.
Alternative Method of Entry
If you prefer not to donate, you may enter by sending a handwritten 3x5 card with your full name, postal address, email address, and phone number to Tenathon Sweepstakes, 1291 President Street, Brooklyn, NY 11213. Only one entry per envelope is allowed, and your card must specify the prize you're entering for.
Entry Validity
All contact details must be accurate, and entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be considered. The Sponsor is not liable for entries that are late, lost, or otherwise incomplete, and entries that appear fraudulent may be disqualified.
Winner Selection & Notification
A random drawing will take place on or around the listed dates. Each winner is entitled to one prize. Winners will be notified by phone, email, and/or mail. Winners will be required to send in a copy of their valid photo ID to confirm identity.
Prize Details
Winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes. Prizes will be delivered via mail or may be sent via an overnight carrier (at the winner’s cost). Ten Yad is not responsible for taxes or fees related to registration or insurance for prizes like vehicles, and some restrictions (such as blackout dates) may apply to prizes like flights.
Substitution of Prizes
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value, though no cash redemptions will be offered.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
General Terms
By entering, participants agree to comply with the Official Rules. Winners release the Sponsor and related parties from liability, except that in the event of Sponsor’s negligence of breach of this Agreement, the maximum damages shall be refund of the ticket donation. Participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone suspected of tampering with the entry process. Disputes will be governed by the laws of New York. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration before the Beth Din of Crown Heights.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners grant permission for their name and likeness to be used in promotional materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy
The Sponsor may use your personal information for the administration of the Sweepstakes. You may also receive promotional emails from the Sponsor, but you can opt-out at any time.
Winners’ List
The winners’ names will be posted on the Tenathon Auction Website after the event.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
