are a US citizen or legal resident currently living in NYC’s five boroughs, Westchester, or Long Island
are currently employed
have a checking account and good credit

Guarantors may NOT live in the same household as the borrower; be immediate family members of the borrower; have a current loan; serve as a guarantor on an existing loan; or seem financially unable to repay the loan.

Please review carefully the terms and conditions and check the box indicating your agreement.

Applicant agrees to repay the loan per the terms presented by Ten Yad. If the loan is not repaid as agreed, you agree that Ten Yad may collect all amounts due from your Guarantor. The full loan amount (as stated above) must be repaid at the rate of $100 per month for any loan amount (i.e. 40 months for a $4000 loan). Borrowers must provide head checks or a credit card for monthly payments at the time of the loan. The Borrower is responsible to reimburse Ten Yad the 3% service fee at the time of each credit card charge. If you miss a payment which is not made up within 10 days of receiving email notice from Ten Yad, the entire loan balance shall be immediately due and payable.
